About the Role Uline seeks a Corporate Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs to support employee development and operational excellence across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Design and deliver training programs for facilities, corporate functions, and operations.
- Develop instructional materials, manuals, and e-learning modules.
- Assess training effectiveness and adjust as needed.
- Coordinate onboarding and ongoing training for new hires.
- Partner with departments to identify training needs and measure outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in training, human resources, or related field.
- Proven experience designing and delivering training in a corporate environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple training projects and priorities.
- Familiarity with learning management systems and instructional design principles.
