This role provides exposure to complex compliance, secretarial records management, and legal operations across diverse client portfolios.
What You'll Do
- Execute corporate secretarial compliance and statutory filings across diverse client portfolios.
- Analyse regulatory updates to ensure strict adherence to corporate and statutory laws.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and communicate critical information to relevant stakeholders.
- Draft and vet business contracts, legal agreements, board agendas, and corporate resolutions.
- Manage the digital workspace by handling e-filing and submission of documents with government authorities.
- Support structural corporate actions through internal audits and comprehensive due diligence reviews.
- Maintain statutory books, secretarial records, and documentation for board meetings.
- Assist senior partners with fundamental corporate finance, accounts, and insolvency processes.
What We're Looking For
- Must-haves: For CS Trainees: Eligible for the 21-month training structure under ICSI guidelines. For Semi-Qualified CS: Executive/Professional cleared with relevant firm experience.
- Preferred: Strong drafting skills; solid grasp of the Companies Act, 2013; exceptional written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.

Compensation & Benefits
- Stipend: Up to INR 10,000 for CS Trainees; Up to INR 20,000 for Semi-Qualified CS
