About the Role Thurgood Marshall College Fund's corporate scholar programs promote career readiness through scholarships, leadership development, boot camps and immersive experiences for hand-selected student leaders attending HBCUs, HBCCs and PBIs. These programs leverage the knowledge, experience and network of top employers and TMCF staff to foster a collaborative learning community. This role focuses on supporting the design, management, and expansion of these programs and partnerships to prepare students for the workforce. What You'll Do
- Support the design, promotion, and coordination of TMCF's corporate scholar programs and partnerships with participating employers (e.g., Boeing, Hennessy Fellows, Novartis US Foundation, Mondelēz International).
- Collaborate with TMCF staff and corporate partners to deliver scholarships, leadership development activities, boot camps, and immersive experiences for student leaders.
- Assist with program communications, logistics, and reporting to ensure a high-quality experience for scholars. What We're Looking For
- Interest in higher education, non-profit work, and workforce development for HBCUs/HBCCs/PBIs.
- Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, and program coordination skills.
- Ability to work with a network of employers and stakeholders to advance career readiness.
