About the Role Corporate Real Estate Manager (m/w/d) bei Diehl Stiftung & Co. KG verantwortet die Konzeptionierung, Strukturierung und das Review von großen nationalen und internationalen baulichen Investitionsmaßnahmen innerhalb der Diehl-Gruppe. Die Rolle vereint Transaktionssteuerung (Due Diligence), Standortsuche, Akquise bis zum Abschluss von Kauf- und Mietverträgen sowie die Bewertung von Objekten, Verhandlungsführung und Koordination externer Dienstleister. Zusätzlich werden immobilienspezifische Prozesse vereinheitlicht, Richtlinien entwickelt, und Entscheidungsvorlagen erstellt, um interne und externe Entscheidungs- und Genehmigungsprozesse voranzutreiben. Die Position fungiert als Schnittstelle zu Recht, Steuern, Controlling, M&A und Finanzen.
