Compensation
$125,000 – $130,000+ for attorneys with 3–5 years of experience Compensation may vary based on experience.

Ideal Background

3–5 years of corporate and/or commercial real estate experience

Experience with business transactions, M&A, entity formation, corporate governance, and commercial contracts

Experience with commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, or financing

Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and client-service skills
-
Ability to independently manage matters while collaborating with partners and clients

Licensed and in good standing with the applicable state bar
