Corporate Paralegal

A financial services organization is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to support its legal team on a temporary basis. This is a full-time contract opportunity with potential for extension or conversion and a hybrid schedule of 4 days onsite and Fridays remote.

Responsibilities

• Assist with formation and maintenance of corporate entities and special purpose entities.

• Support corporate governance and organizational matters.

• Assist with private and structured transactions.

• Prepare organizational and structure charts.

• Draft corporate documents and AML-related letters.

• Provide general support to the in-house legal team.

• 10-15 years of corporate paralegal experience preferred.

• Hedge fund, investment management, or financial services experience strongly preferred.

• Strong experience with entity management and corporate governance.

• Experience supporting private or structured transactions.

• Strong drafting, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.

• Ability to work onsite 4 days per week.
