CORPORATE LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
A Lagos-based corporate learning and development officer will be responsible for developing curricula for courses delivered to corporate clients across various sectors, demonstrating strong knowledge of board programmes, developing learning solutions proposals for corporate clients, coordinating the delivery of corporate training programmes through virtual and physical platforms, carrying out executive-level business development activities, managing and strengthening relationships with existing corporate clients, conducting continuous research to identify evolving client learning needs, achieving quarterly market share and financial targets, and preparing and submitting weekly and monthly performance reports.
