  • Coordinate with notaries, the Registro de Comercio, the SII, municipal authorities, and other relevant institutions to complete incorporation and compliance procedures.
  • Support ongoing corporate compliance, including statutory documentation, shareholder records, periodic filings, and beneficial ownership requirements where applicable.

  • Provide general legal and administrative support on commercial contracts, corporate changes, entity maintenance, and other matters within their experience and expertise.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Law degree from a recognized Chilean university, with professional qualification to practice law in Chile where required for the responsibilities assigned.
  • Approximately 2–3+ years of relevant experience in corporate law, commercial law, legal operations, corporate administration, or a related field. Candidates with equivalent practical experience may also be considered for non-reserved legal and administrative responsibilities.
  • Basic-to-strong working knowledge of Chilean corporate and commercial procedures, with demonstrated experience in at least some areas of entity incorporation, corporate documentation, or compliance.
  • Experience preparing or reviewing legal documents, corporate records, powers of attorney, resolutions, contracts, or similar documentation.
  • Familiarity with Chilean government procedures and institutions, ideally including the SII, Registro de Comercio, and notarial processes.
  • Fluent Spanish and sufficient English communication skills to handle written correspondence, review documentation, and communicate with international stakeholders as required.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage documentation, follow up on administrative processes, and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting foreign-owned companies, international clients, or businesses entering the Chilean market.
  • Familiarity with SpA incorporation, company registration, tax commencement procedures, and ongoing entity maintenance.
  • Exposure to commercial contract review, employment law, corporate restructuring, or company dissolution.
  • Experience working with EOR, PEO, corporate services, accounting, or international business expansion providers.
  • Familiarity with AML/KYC requirements, beneficial ownership documentation, intellectual property registrations, or immigration-related processes.
  • Professional experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, consulting firm, or business services provider.
  • Willingness to learn new procedures and take on broader responsibilities as client needs evolve.
