YOUR TASKS
- Lead Talent Management processes, including talent development, succession planning, and performance management.
- Extensive experience in corporate talent acquisition and recruitment.
- Basic knowledge of Compensation & Benefits practices.
- Strong background in Employee Experience programs and initiatives.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions using HR metrics and people analytics.
- Actively contributes to corporate HR projects with a practical, execution-focused, and results-driven approach.
