Key Responsibilities

Presentation Design (Google Slides)

  • Design executive-ready Google Slides decks for pitch meetings, board presentations, customer webinars, and internal keynotes.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize modular Google Slides master templates, custom slide layouts, and visual icon libraries for company-wide use.
  • Convert raw data, text-heavy outlines, and complex workflows into clear, visually engaging diagrams, charts, and infographics.

Print & Sales Collateral (Adobe InDesign & Adobe Illustrator)

  • Concept, layout, and produce high-impact 1-pagers, product data sheets, brochures, case studies, and whitepapers using Adobe InDesign.
  • Design large-format physical assets, including trade show booth graphics, banners, event signage, and promotional displays, ensuring proper print specs and color management (CMYK, vector assets, bleeds).

Digital, Social & Paid Advertising Design

  • Produce eye-catching static and light-motion digital assets for organic social channels (LinkedIn, X) tailored to channel-specific specs.
  • Design multi-format paid ad graphics (display banner ads, paid social carousels, retargeting assets) optimized for high click-through rates and brand retention.
  • Create web banners, email newsletter headers, and promotional graphics supporting integrated marketing campaigns.

Brand Governance & Asset Management

  • Adhere to global visual brand guidelines across typography, color palettes, imagery, and layout standards.
  • Collaborate closely with Content Marketing, Sales Enablement, Product, and Corporate Communications teams to deliver projects on schedule.

Qualifications & Requirements
