About the Role This role focuses on overseeing Sinch's corporate governance reporting to ensure compliance with mandatory rules under the Swedish Companies Act and Nasdaq Stockholm's Rule Book, and with the Swedish Code on Corporate Governance. The role involves applying the comply-or-explain principle by reporting deviations, and coordinating governance information within the Annual Report, including access to the Articles of Association.
What You'll Do
- Monitor compliance with Swedish Companies Act and Nasdaq Rule Book for Issuers.
- Ensure governance reports reflect compliance with the Code and document any deviations with Company solutions and reasons under the comply-or-explain principle.
- Coordinate governance reporting in the Annual Report and maintain access to Sinch Articles of Association.
What We're Looking For
- Knowledge of Swedish corporate governance framework, the Code, and reporting practices.
- Ability to articulate deviations and solutions, with clear explanations.
