Job title: Corporate Flight Attendant

About the Role The Corporate Flight Attendant will join Gilead's Corporate Jet fleet to ensure the highest standards of safety, service excellence, and operational readiness aboard Gulfstream aircraft (G500, G650, G800). You will support employees, executive leadership, board members and guests by delivering a seamless travel experience while adhering to safety standards and company policies.

What You'll Do

• Provide safety leadership and executive hospitality, including menu development, inventory control, cabin operations, attention to detail, and discretion/privacy.
• Maintain cabin presentation, aircraft stocking, linen and service inventories, and conduct thorough aircraft handovers between trips to ensure consistency across the fleet.
• Collaborate closely with pilots, OPS, Maintenance, FBOs, and International Handlers to support efficient flight operations.
• Manage catering coordination, procurement of aircraft supplies and amenities, and maintain detailed passenger preference profiles.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for each flight and uphold flight safety standards (Flight Safety or FACTS training current).

What We're Looking For

• Experience on Gulfstream aircraft (G500, G650, G800).
• Strong knowledge of executive-level service standards; ability to work independently with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Culinary and/or service training a plus; ability to lift and transport catering, luggage and cabin supplies as required.
• Safety leadership, emergency preparedness, situational awareness, and adaptability.
• Minimum education: High School with 5 years' experience, or Associate degree with 4 years' experience, or Bachelor's degree with 2 years' experience, or Master's degree.

Nice to Have

• Culinary and/or service training is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: USD 146,540.00 - 189,640.00 annually.
