Corporate Finance Business Partner

About the Role ISDIN is seeking a Corporate Finance Business Partner to drive financial planning and business partnering across the organization. The role focuses on financial controlling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support strategic decision making and ensure financial discipline across international subsidiaries. What You'll Do

• Financial Controlling, Budgeting & Forecasting: Own and monitor headquarters cost structure, ensuring alignment with business priorities; Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasts for assigned areas; Analyze cost evolution, identify risks and opportunities, and actively challenge spend; Ensure a high level of financial control by validating that relevant costs are properly recorded, collaborating closely with accounting teams to maintain a reliable financial picture.
• Business Partnering: Support and influence decision-making through financial analysis, budgeting, and scenario modeling; Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor; Promote a culture of accountability by constructively challenging assumptions and cost structures.
• Group Reporting & Performance Analysis: Collaborate with finance teams across international subsidiaries to collect and understand financial information; Prepare consolidated reporting and performance analysis at group level; Identify key trends, deviations, and business drivers across markets.
• Projects & Finance Transformation: Play an active role in key finance transformation initiatives; Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects to improve financial processes, data quality, and efficiency; Support the evolution and automation of planning and reporting tools. What We're Looking For
• Education: University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in financial controlling, ideally in a corporate role within a multinational company, supporting Sales and Marketing teams.
• Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
