Corporate Executive Recruiter

Overview

Leads full-cycle recruitment for senior- and executive-level positions, filling critical openings efficiently and in alignment with company goals. Builds proactive talent pipelines to support anticipated hiring needs.

Serves as a trusted talent adviser who influences hiring strategy and partners closely with hiring managers, Human Resources, and other stakeholders to translate business priorities into a clear, compelling candidate profile. Uses labor-market insights and recruiting expertise to challenge assumptions, calibrate expectations, and shape the role’s required capabilities, experience, leadership attributes, and cultural alignment. Guides stakeholders through tradeoffs, aligns the interview team on consistent evaluation criteria, and adjusts the search strategy as new information emerges. Builds collaborative relationships while delivering a consistently high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities - What You'll Do

• Performs full cycle recruiting to support staffing for corporate functional roles at manager to VP level.
• Collaborates with hiring managers to understand key elements of the role and specific needs of the business to target qualified candidates.
• Provides hiring managers and other stakeholders with market information to support positioning the role and managing expectations.
• Relies heavily on sourcing passive candidates for open roles and spends significant time building pipelines for future needs.
• Ensures all candidates have an excellent experience at each point in the process.
• Screens candidates through phone interviews to assess their qualifications, skills, needs and motivation meet the needs of the role, and their values support the Marzetti culture. Communicates choices clearly and effectively to the hiring manager.
• Coordinates and facilitates the interview process, providing support and guidance to both candidates and hiring managers ensuring a timely and effective process.
• Arranges assessment of candidates when needed and facilitates results to hiring managers.
• Manages candidate pipelines and maintains accurate records in our applicant tracking system.
• Continuously evaluates and recommends improvements to our recruitment processes to streamline efficiency and enhance the candidate's experience.

Qualifications - What You'll Bring

• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated success recruiting at senior and executive levels within a corporate environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions/Environment

Works in an office environment, which may be located in a manufacturing or warehouse facility, where the employee is regularly required to speak, see, hear, sit, stand, talk, type, walk and bend while moving about the facility. The noise level in the office is quiet. Occasional travel to other plants or meetings is required.
