About the Role Cura Health Management is seeking a Corporate Education Nurse to strengthen clinical practice across long-term care teams by delivering staff education, supporting onboarding, and promoting high-quality patient care. This hybrid role is based in Melrose, MN, and partners with nursing leadership to reinforce best practices.
What You'll Do
- Develop and deliver clinical education programs for long-term care nursing staff
- Assess learning needs and create educational materials for long-term care settings
- Support onboarding and ongoing competency development for nursing staff
- Collaborate with leadership to improve clinical performance and care quality
What We're Looking For
- Active RN license
- At least 2 years of experience as an RN in long-term care
- Proficiency with basic computer programs, including Outlook and Teams
- Eligibility to work in the United States
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 USD per year
