About the Role We’re looking for a skilled attorney with a passion for technology to join the Corporate External and Legal Affairs (CELA) Cloud + AI legal team to serve as a trusted advisor for the CoreAI engineering group in the role of Corporate Counsel. The candidate filling this role will take on a varied portfolio of legal work to support the CoreAI engineering team. What You'll Do
- Provide legal guidance on technology, AI, and related issues for the CoreAI engineering group.
- Advise on strategic product initiatives and business matters from a legal perspective.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and policies; help manage outside counsel as needed. What We're Looking For
