Job Description ESAB is a world leader in fabrication technology, gas control, and inspection and monitoring, operating across more than 150 countries with a workforce as diverse as the industries we serve. The Corporate Communications Specialist is primarily responsible for the day-to-day operations and execution of ESAB’s employee communications, helping connect teammates to the company’s culture, business priorities, and direction. Partnering closely with the Vice President of Corporate Communications and colleagues across the organization, the Specialist develops clear, consistent, and engaging communications for a global workforce. The role also supports corporate events, helps build and implement ESAB’s corporate giving program and related initiatives, and provides external communications support as needed.
