Primary Job Responsibilities [in Summary] Develop and execute an integrated corporate communication strategy, ensuring consistent and effective messaging to internal and external stakeholders. Implementing issues and crisis management processes and proactively/reactively managing reputational threats. Foster and maintain positive relationships with various stakeholders, including government bodies, NGOs, investors and the local community. Protect and enhance the organisation's reputation by proactively addressing issues, managing crises and promoting a positive corporate image. Monitor and influence relevant policies and regulations to support the organization's corporate affairs goals. Developing long-term communications strategies and a company’s voice that’s in line with branding and values. Building customer loyalty programs, brand awareness and customer satisfaction by developing and implementing effective communication strategies. Evaluates campaigns by providing feedback on their effectiveness.
Major Requirements B.Sc / HND in Business, Communications or other business related discipline. Master’s Degree in relevant Social/Management Sciences or other related discipline is an added advantage. Minimum of eight years’ relevant work experience, with at least five years in a senior management role. Relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
