Job title: Corporate Communications Manager
About the Role Corporate Communications Manager will be responsible for internal communications to dentsu employees in Poland and supporting communications for markets in the CEE region. You will plan, create and edit content for internal channels, manage information campaigns and events communications, and work closely with the Management and other functions to ensure consistent corporate messaging.
What You'll Do
- Internal communications targeted to dentsu employees in Poland; support for other CEE markets
- Plan, prepare and edit content for internal channels (employee newsletters, mailings, in-person and virtual meetings)
- Run informational and educational communication campaigns
- Communicate company events such as Townhall, corporate events, social impact activities, and promote awards and organizational changes
- Work closely with the Management and other departments, particularly the External Communications Manager for dentsu Poland
- Support sales teams in communications to clients
- Independently manage projects; participate in onboarding new employees and Employer Branding
- Proficiency in Polish and English; daily use of Office 365 + Teams; familiarity with content tools (Mailchimp, Popullo, SharePoint, Prowly); able to assemble a simple video (training available)
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an internal communications manager
- Ability to craft clear, compelling and concise messages in Polish and English
- Strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience in PR and/or marketing is a plus
- Proficient with Office 365, Teams, and content tools (Mailchimp, Popullo, SharePoint, Prowly)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

- Experience supporting multi-market or cross-border teams
