Job Summary
The Corporate Banking Senior Loan Administrator will lead transaction lifecycle management for Sponsor Finance & Direct Lending (SF&DL) deals, ensuring seamless coordination across legal, compliance, operations, and front office teams. This role will report into SF&DL, and will oversee closing execution, regulatory adherence, lifecycle monitoring, and post-closing servicing, while driving process improvements and managing team deliverables.
Pre-Closing Responsibilities:
Oversee review of legal documents and ensure accurate entry of facility terms into GCARS and other systems. Manage coordination with KYC, Legal, and Sponsor Coverage teams for client onboarding and MNPI compliance. Supervise completion of credit application forms and ensure consistency with internal templates and regulatory requirements.
