Responsibilities

Perform financial statement, credit, and industry analysis.

Assist in preparing credit approval memoranda, annual reviews, and portfolio monitoring reports.

Support new lending opportunities, amendments, renewals, and transaction execution.

Develop client presentations, briefing materials, and management reports.

Conduct company, industry, and peer research.

Coordinate with internal partners across Risk, Capital Committee, Capital Markets, Syndications, and Transaction Banking.

Participate in client meetings and support relationship management activities.
