Perkins Coie seeks a mid-level corporate associate in Seattle with 3 to 5 years of transactional experience. The role focuses on strategic transactions and financings for companies at all growth stages, including sophisticated LLCs and private corporations, private company M&A, and a variety of commercial arrangements. You will join a collegial, nationally-focused business group and collaborate with experienced practitioners on sophisticated matters.
What You'll Do
- Support transactional matters for LLCs and private corporations, including M&A and commercial agreements.
- Help manage complex corporate governance issues and financing-related matters.
- Draft, negotiate, and advise on commercial contracts and transactional documents.
- Collaborate with colleagues on national-level matters and client matters.
- Contribute to a team-oriented culture and provide high-quality client service.
What We're Looking For
- 3 to 5 years of transactional experience.
- Experience with sophisticated LLCs and private corporations.
- Private company M&A experience.
- Experience with a variety of commercial arrangements.
- Ability to work in a collegial, collaborative environment and handle complex matters at a national level.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $260,000 to $390,000 annually (USD).
