- Work on domestic PE and M&A transactions for Dutch clients, with opportunities for cross-border matters where relevant.
- Deliver high-quality legal work and exemplary client service.
- Collaborate within an entrepreneurial, start-up–like culture while leveraging the resources of a large global firm.
- Contribute to business development and the growth of the Dutch PE/M&A practice.
- Participate in the Associate Development Programme and pursue ongoing learning and career progression. What We're Looking For
- Dutch-qualified Associates at junior, mid-level or senior levels with experience in domestic PE and M&A transactions.
- Ambitious, engaging individuals who want to grow the Dutch PE and M&A practice.
