About the Role Squire Patton Boggs is seeking a Corporate Associate to join its Amsterdam office. This role is aimed at Dutch-qualified lawyers with experience in domestic PE and M&A transactions, looking to join an energetic, entrepreneurial team backed by a leading global firm. You’ll contribute to a growing Dutch corporate practice that leverages the resources of a powerhouse global firm while enjoying the energy of a start-up culture. What You'll Do
- Advise on domestic PE and M&A transactions, including drafting and negotiating deal documents and coordinating due diligence
- Collaborate with the Dutch corporate practice and our cross-border PE team to deliver high-quality work for clients
- Develop client relationships and contribute to business development and client service, while balancing responsibility and career progression What We're Looking For
- Dutch-qualified lawyer; positions open from junior to senior levels with relevant PE and M&A experience
- Experience in domestic PE and M&A transactions
- Ambitious, engaging, driven, and keen to develop your career; strong service orientation and ability to deliver high-quality work
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have
