About the Role Join the Enterprise Business Operations Corporate Actions team as an Associate Director responsible for leading the accurate and timely processing of mandatory reorganization events affecting DTC-eligible securities. You will drive risk controls, client service, automation, and talent development while managing complex events and escalations, using data and emerging technologies to improve execution and resilience. What You'll Do
- Oversee accurate and timely processing of mandatory reorganization events (mergers, reverse stock splits, name changes, bankruptcies, mandatory exchanges, etc.) that do not require investor elections.
- Lead projects, oversee exceptions, and manage escalations to ensure quality and timeliness.
- Drive operational risk management, controls, client service, automation, and talent development.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to reduce risk and enhance client experience.
- Leverage data and emerging technologies to improve execution and operational resilience. What We're Looking For
- Minimum 8 years related experience; bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent.
- Experience overseeing mandatory corporate reorganization events; risk and control management.
- Strong stakeholder collaboration, data analysis, and team leadership.
- Financial services domain awareness and ability to manage complex events. Compensation & Benefits
