Job title: Corporate Account Executive (Mexican territory, Colombia based)
About the Role
As a Corporate Account Executive for the Mexican territory, Colombia-based, you will own the complete sales process from lead identification to closing new clients across all of Mexico. You will benefit from inbound leads and run online demos of the HubSpot software to sell the HubSpot value proposition. This role supports remote, office, or hybrid work arrangements. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
What You'll Do
- Position the value of HubSpot’s software and the Inbound methodology, focusing on companies primarily between 200-2000 employees.
- Educate and guide prospects through the buyer’s journey to show how HubSpot can grow their business.
- Manage a pipeline of inbound and self-sourced leads to identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential buyers.
- Dissect and qualify prospects’ business goals to determine if HubSpot can be a strategic investment.
- Close business with new and existing customers at or above quota.
- Partner with marketing and technology teams to execute sales strategy as the company introduces enhancements or new products.
- Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance HubSpot’s values, culture, and vision.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 5+ years of managing a full sales cycle (prospecting to close) as an Account Executive (excluding BDR, Partners, SDR experiences).
- Experience in sales within the Mexican market is required.
- Experience in the SaaS industry.
- Top producers in current role.
- Experience with product demos in current role.
- Experience handling a high volume of accounts and deals closed per month or quarter.
- Experience in value-based selling (i.e., The Challenger Sale).
- Desire and commitment to do what it takes to be successful in sales.
- Positive outlook and strong ability to take responsibility for successes and failures.
- Sharp focus on goals and belief that daily, weekly, and monthly activities will help achieve them.
- Proficiency in English (fluent).
- Spanish fluency is required.
