Job title: Corporate Account Executive (Based in Colombia)
About the Role This is a Corporate Account Executive role (Remote in Colombia) focused on selling HubSpot’s software to mid-market companies, guiding buyers through the inbound methodology and collaborating across teams to drive growth.
What You'll Do
- Position the value of HubSpot’s software and the Inbound methodology, focusing on companies primarily between 200-2000 employees
- Educate and guide prospects through the buyer’s journey to learn how HubSpot can grow their business
- Manage a pipeline of inbound and self-sourced leads to identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential buyers
- Dissect and qualify prospects’ business goals to determine if HubSpot can be a strategic investment for their business growth
- Close business with new and existing customers at or above quota level
- Partner with marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategy as the company introduces enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new products
- Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future
What We're Looking For
- Have a minimum of 5 or more years of managing a full sales cycle (prospecting to close) as an Account Executive (excluding BDR experiences)
- Experience in SaaS industry is required
- Are Top Producers in their current role
- Have experience with product demos in their current role
- Have experience handling a high volume of accounts and deals closed a month or quarter
- Have experience in value based selling (i.e. The Challenger Sale)
- Have the desire and commitment to do what it takes to be successful in sales
- Have a positive outlook and a strong ability to take responsibility for their successes and failures
- Have a sharp focus on their goals and a belief that their daily, weekly and monthly activities will help achieve them
- Proficient (Fluent) English level
