Corn Rail Loader - Decatur, IL Corn Plant
This is a full time, hourly position. Pay Rate: $20.93/hr - $28.88/hr Shift(s) Available: This position follows a rotating shift schedule based on departmental seniority. Employees may be assigned to 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or Swing Shift, depending on business needs and seniority. The typical rotation pattern consists of: 6 days on, 4 days off, 7 days on, 2 days off, 7 days on, 2 days off, then repeat. Shifts may vary in length and start times and can include a mix of 8-hour and 12-hour shifts. Weekend, holiday, and overtime work will be required.
