About the Role

EVERSANA INTOUCH is seeking a Copy Supervisor to oversee the copywriting team and ensure delivery of high-quality, on-brand content across digital channels in a heavily regulated pharma environment. The role blends leadership, strategy and writing to drive creative solutions that align with brand objectives and client needs.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor the copywriting team to deliver engaging, on-brand content that aligns with marketing objectives across multiple digital channels.

• Collaborate with internal departments (account, creative, digital, strategy) to translate concepts into compelling copy and ensure regulatory and brand standards are met.

• Write and edit pharma marketing copy; navigate regulatory constraints and industry guidelines to deliver creative, effective solutions.

• Craft and pitch concepts to stakeholders; manage multiple projects, timelines, and deadlines while maintaining quality.

• Demonstrate curiosity, empathy, strategic thinking and collaboration; proactively fostering diversity, equity and inclusion in development and bias management.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life from strategy through execution.

• What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 5–7 years of writing experience in marketing, advertising, or related field; 2–4 years of pharmaceutical writing experience preferred.

• High science experience preferred (oncology, HIV, etc.).

• A portfolio/book featuring conceptual work and smart digital executions, social experiences, out-of-home extensions and banners.

• Know-how for writing in a digital landscape—from strategy development to banners, sites and SEO.

• Experience managing complex projects with internal and external account and creative teams; strong leadership and collaboration skills.

• Ability to write strategically within a heavily regulated pharmaceutical environment and to persuade through copy.
