About the Role As an Application Support Engineer within Accenture Flex, you will act as a software detective, diagnosing and resolving issues across critical business systems. You will be a subject matter expert, collaborating with multiple teams to improve reliability and performance of AI-driven applications, including Microsoft Copilot and AI Agent components. What You'll Do
- Act as a software detective, identifying and solving issues across multiple components of critical business systems.
- Be a subject matter expert, collaborate with teams, guide less experienced colleagues, and contribute to key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Develop a deep understanding of system components to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
- Support and guide less experienced colleagues by sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of improvements that enhance system reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of business-critical applications.
- Analyze recurring problems and propose innovative solutions to prevent future incidents.
- Be available to work onsite 60% of the time and remote 40%, with time-away requirements as specified. What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of work experience.
- Minimum 3 years in AI Agents and 3 years in Microsoft Copilot.
- Minimum 3 years Cloud experience.
- Associate's degree or higher.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Copilot.
- Advanced proficiency in AI Agents.
- Advanced proficiency in Application Remediation, IT Troubleshooting, and Engineering Support.
- Ability to work onsite/hybrid schedule and collaborate across teams. Nice to Have
- Bank experience.

- Hourly salary range: $40-$50 per hour, depending on location and experience.
