Job Summary
Xavier University of Louisiana invites applications for the position of Coordinator for Black Male Engagement (CBME). The CBME will develop, cultivate, and sustain meaningful relationships with campus stakeholders, community organizations, alumni, professional associations, and national networks that support the success of Black and Brown male students. As the University’s lead advocate for Black Male Engagement initiatives, the CBME will serve as the primary liaison to programs and partners such as Men of Xavier, University Athletics, NPHC fraternities, mentorship organizations, faith-based and community groups, and national initiatives including organizations similar to 100 Black Men of America, Son of a Saint, and Kingmakers of Oakland.
