Coordinator Accounts Receivable

- Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung des Forderungsmanagements und Nachverfolgung offener Posten.
- Durchführung des Mahnwesens sowie Kommunikation mit Kunden zu Zahlungsrückständen.
- Pflege und Abstimmung von Debitorenkonten sowie Verbuchung von Zahlungseingängen.
- Bearbeitung von Streitfällen und Erstellung aussagekräftiger Auswertungen und Berichte.
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen sowie Unterstützung bei Kreditprüfungen und Zahlungsvereinbarungen.
DAS BRINGST DU MIT
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Steuerfachangestellte:r, Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement oder vergleichbar.
- Affinität zu Zahlen sowie Interesse an buchhalterischen und finanzwirtschaftlichen Themen.
- Strukturierte, sorgfältige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise.
