About this role
The Coordinator, Accounting - Global Media supports accounting operations within the Global Media division, ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial transactions in accordance with accounting policies and procedures. This role assists with journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close activities to maintain accurate financial records, and collaborates with Finance and business partners to ensure consistency, compliance, and efficiency across media-related accounting activities.
What you will do
- Assist with the end-to-end accounting cycle for Global Media, including preparation of journal entries and reconciliations for Media Owned and Operated businesses and Digital content businesses.
- Support monthly close activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established deadlines.
- Provide timely close variance explanations to the Finance team.
