About the Role As Coordinador Maquila, you will oversee maquila operations and coordinate production activities, quality, and delivery across external manufacturing partners. This role supports FEMSA/Solistica's manufacturing network in TLALNEPANTLA and ensures efficient, compliant operations.
What You'll Do
- Plan and coordinate maquila production schedules and resources to meet demand.
- Monitor throughput, quality, and on-time delivery with internal teams and external partners.
- Resolve production, quality, and logistics issues with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety, SOPs, and company policies.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in maquila/contract manufacturing or production coordination.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work across functions (production, quality, logistics, procurement).
- Good communication in Spanish; willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in logistics or supplier management within Solistica or FEMSA network.
