About this role
MISION DEL PUESTO
Coordinar la implementación del frente personas de los proyectos IMO asegurando una transición efectiva de los modelos de gestión de talento, cultura, diseño organizacional y prácticas de Recursos Humanos. Ser socio estratégico del negocio y PMO del workstream Personas, articulando el trabajo entre líderes, áreas especialistas de HR y equipos multidisciplinarios para garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de integración y la continuidad con foco en el colaborador.
FUNCIONES
Gestionar el plan maestro de integración de HR, incluyendo hitos, riesgos, dependencias y gobernanza de los proyectos.
Diseñar y mantener el roadmap integral de People Integration, asegurando el cumplimiento de hitos, entregables, dependencias y fechas clave.
Coordinar la ejecución de los distintos workstreams de HR
