Key Responsibilities
Responsabilidades principales:
- Liderar la planificación, ejecución, seguimiento y cierre del Proyecto Beyond Access.
- Coordinar y supervisar al equipo técnico, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos y resultados esperados.
- Gestionar eficientemente los recursos financieros, administrativos y operativos del proyecto.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de indicadores, presupuesto, cronogramas y estándares de calidad.
- Fortalecer y mantener alianzas estratégicas con socios, autoridades locales, comunidades y otras partes interesadas.
- Supervisar los procesos de monitoreo, evaluación, aprendizaje y elaboración de informes.
- Promover la participación comunitaria, la inclusión, la protección y la sostenibilidad de las intervenciones.
- Velar por el cumplimiento de las políticas, procedimientos y lineamientos institucionales.
Requisitos:
- Título universitario en Ciencias Sociales, Administración, Economía, Desarrollo Comunitario o carreras afines.
- Experiencia comprobada en coordinación y gestión de proyectos de desarrollo.
- Conocimiento en planificación, monitoreo, evaluación y gestión presupuestaria.
- Experiencia en coordinación de equipos multidisciplinarios y trabajo con comunidades.
- Habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación, negociación y construcción de alianzas.
- Dominio del idioma inglés.
- Deseable formación en gerencia o administración de proyectos.
- Disponibilidad para movilizarse a las zonas de intervención.
