About the Role The Data Lineage Coordinator will lead the data lineage documentation and drive digital transformation at Alicorp by ensuring traceability and alignment with Data Governance and Architecture guidelines. Manage the Data Lineage Specialists team and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders. What You'll Do
- Plan and coordinate work of Data Lineage Specialists, prioritizing high-impact projects and domains.
- Monitor quality, completeness, and consistency of lineage artifacts.
- Provide technical-functional guidance to the team and promote capability development and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve methodology, tools, or documentation processes.
- Coordinate with Architecture, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Data Governance to resolve questions or gaps in data flows.
- Consolidate progress reports, gaps, and lineage metrics for senior management. What We're Looking For
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- Experience minimum 3 years in data lineage or data governance.
- Experience in project and/or team leadership, preferably in data or analytics.
- Proficiency with SAP S/4Hana, SAP R3, SAP BW, SAP BPC, Odoo and/or Unigis.
- Microsoft Excel intermediate.
- English intermediate. Nice to Have
- Desirable specialization in Data Management (metadata, modeling or lineage – Data Governance).
