What You'll Do
- Coordinador Capacitación MIRC: plan, coordinate and deliver training programs, manage scheduling and logistics, work with business units, track training effectiveness and reporting, coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
- Analista Fusiones y Adquisiciones: assist in financial analysis and due diligence, model financial scenarios, conduct market research, support deal execution and documentation, collaborate with cross-functional teams.
What We're Looking For
- For Coordinador Capacitación MIRC: Bachelor's degree, relevant experience in training coordination or human resources, strong communication skills in Spanish (and English preferred), ability to manage multiple programs, proficiency with MS Office/learning management systems.
- For Analista Fusiones y Adquisiciones: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field, experience in M&A or corporate finance, strong analytical and modeling skills (Excel), attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Bilingual in Spanish and English, experience in FMCG or Latin American markets, familiarity with FEMSA's business units, knowledge of SAP or ERP systems.
