What will you be doing here?

Responsável pela estratégia de mídia full-funnel para Natura e Avon, unindo canais online e offline sob a ótica de Precision Marketing. Atua na gestão de investimentos de alta relevância, condução de JBPs/SVAs com parceiros chave (Google, Meta, TikTok e mídia offline) e tradução de dados em decisões estratégicas, em parceria constante com CRM, Produto e E-commerce.

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

• Liderar a estratégia de mídia full-funnel (online e offline) uma categoria para Natura e Avon, impulsionando crescimento de negócio via Precision Marketing

• Gerir investimentos de mídia de alto impacto e orçamentos das categorias sob responsabilidade

• Conduzir JBPs (Joint Business Plans) e SVAs com parceiros estratégicos (Google, Meta, TikTok e canais offline), gerando valor e crescimento de longo prazo

• Traduzir dados em ação, transformando métricas de performance em decisões estratégicas claras

• Desenhar ecossistemas de mídia integrados (on/off), otimizando conversão e a jornada do consumidor

• Atuar de forma cross-funcional com times de CRM, Produto e E-commerce para maximizar impacto e resultado

• Impulsionar inovação por meio de IA, automação e novas soluções de mídia, buscando ganhos de eficiência

• Liderar experimentação contínua (testes A/B, canais e formatos), acelerando aprendizado e performance

• Gerir relacionamento com agências e parceiros de mídia, garantindo excelência de execução e alta performance de campanha

Quais os requisitos?

• Experiência prévia em mídia digital e/ou offline, idealmente em ambiente de marca/anunciante.
• Formação Completa em áreas correlatas
• Vivência com plataformas de mídia paga (Google, Meta, TikTok)
• Conhecimento de Precision/Performance Marketing e leitura analítica de dados
• Boa capacidade de negociação e gestão de parceiros/agências
• Perfil colaborativo, com trânsito fácil entre times multidisciplinares (CRM, Produto, E-commerce)
