OBJETIVO
Guiar la implementación del gobierno y la Oficina de Datos Operativos para asegurar una única versión de la verdad, garantizando información confiable y habilitando decisiones estratégicas mediante indicadores y modelos analíticos alineados al negocio.
Funciones
- Participa en la definición de las estructuras organizacionales (Comité Estratégico, Comité Operativo), así como en la designación de roles y responsabilidades (Dueños, Administradores, Custodios) coordinando y brindando su guía con base a su experiencia a los involucrados para la adecuada gestión de datos y la rendición de cuentas efectiva
