Job Description
- Meal Preparation: Cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including diverse local and intercontinental cuisines depending on the household or establishment needs.
- Menu & Schedule Planning: Plan weekly or daily meal schedules based on employer preferences, dietary restrictions, or nutritional guidelines.
- Kitchen Hygiene & Sanitation: Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary cooking environment, washing utensils, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
- Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor food supplies, handle grocery shopping or ingredient restocking, and ensure proper food storage, dating, and rotation (first-in, first-out).
- Equipment Maintenance: Keep all kitchen appliances, tools, and utensils clean and in good working condition.
