We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Location: Life Camp, Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and skilled Cook to prepare quality meals for employees and visitors staying at the company’s premises.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate knowledge and ability to prepare Lebanese dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness in the kitchen.
• Ensure proper storage of food items and check the quality and expiry dates of ingredients.
• Monitor kitchen supplies, ingredients, and utensils.
• Ensure meals are properly prepared and presented according to required standards.
• Follow food safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant cooking experience.
• Good knowledge and practical experience in preparing Lebanese dishes.
• Sound knowledge of cooking methods and techniques.
• Ability to follow recipes and prepare meals to the required standards.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene.
