Job title: Controls Technician
Rinvio is hiring a Controls Technician for commercial, industrial, and mission critical projects. This is a Full-Time W-2 opportunity for technicians who can work across control panels, startup support, troubleshooting, and system verification in active project environments.
Compensation: 38-55/hr based on experience, system exposure, and project demands. Travel/per diem may be available on select projects. Competitive overtime opportunities may exist depending on project schedule.
What You’ll Do
- Support installation, startup, checkout, and troubleshooting of control systems.
- Assist with panel work, wiring verification, point-to-point checks, and system testing.
- Work with commissioning, electrical, and mechanical teams to get systems online.
- Document issues, punch items, and completion status clearly.
Preferred Background:
- Experience with BAS, HVAC controls, industrial controls, PLC-related field work, or similar systems.
- Comfortable reading prints and working in fast-moving field environments.
- Strong troubleshooting mindset and attention to detail.
