Controls & Measurements Compliance Specialist - Asia Pacific Supply Chain

About the Role ExxonMobil is seeking a subject matter expert to support Asia Pacific (AP) Supply Chain on Controls, HCP-MAP and Industry Standards compliance. The role serves as a focal point for guidance from Controllers and HCP Custodian, and leads efforts to advance controls integrity and measurement capabilities across the region. What You'll Do

• Serve as subject matter expert and provide guidance to Asia Pacific (AP) Supply Chain on Controls, HCP-MAP and Industry Standards (API, ASTM etc.) compliance.
• Act as focal point in seeking advice and clarification from Controllers and Hydrocarbon Practices (HCP) Custodian.
• Provide leadership and support for Controls & Measurements compliance assessment.
• Engage in Community of Practices (COP), share and adopt cross region / functions’ best practices, and provide cross region support as needed.
• Develop supply chain organizational competency in Controls & Measurement for Third Party Oversight.
• Provide Support on Controls Integrity.
• Initiate and implement fit for purpose initiatives to meet controls requirements.
• Support and address controls concerns including but not restricted to supply chain Management of Change (MOC) activities, Delegation of Authority Guide (DOAG) interpretation, SMC exceptions, Controls Integrity Management System Risk Assessment (CIMS RA).
• Steward Regional Controls Calendar activities. What We're Looking For
• Subject matter expert in Controls, HCP-MAP and Industry Standards compliance (API, ASTM).
• Ability to seek and provide guidance from Controllers and HCP Custodian; strong collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Experience leading and performing Controls & Measurements compliance assessments.
• Experience participating in Communities of Practice (COP) and cross-region collaboration.
• Ability to develop organizational competency in Controls & Measurement for Third Party Oversight.
• Familiarity with MOC, DOAG interpretation, SMC exceptions, and CIMS RA.
• Willingness to work in a regional AP Supply Chain context and steward regional calendars.
