About the Team The Controls Engineering team at ZF Santa Rosa provides critical technical support to production operations by ensuring the reliability and continuous improvement of electronic systems across manufacturing lines. The department works closely with Operations, AME, HSE, and Quality to maintain optimal line availability and compliance with IATF, ISO, and security standards. You will join a highly committed group focused on rapid problem-solving, zero-defect culture, and supporting new product launches. What you can look forward to as Controls Engineer Beckhoff: Provide technical support to production lines, resolving electronic and automation-related failures. Attend and diagnose ANDON system alerts, including sequence debugging, test equipment performance, and HMI/PLC-based devices. Perform root-cause analysis for issues impacting line availability (3x5, changeover, downtime). Implement process improvements and engineering changes to assembly and inspection processes. Develop and modify programs for PLCs, HMIs, inspection devices, and electrical integration
