About the Role Copeland is seeking a Controls Engineer based in Rushville, IN to design, program, and debug controls and automated solutions for our HVACR equipment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet Copeland standards, work with integrators, and develop documentation for operators and maintenance.
What You'll Do
- Interact closely with cross functional teams to develop, design, program and debug new/existing equipment and automated/robotic solutions to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with Copeland engineers to ensure controls/automation/programming designs align with Copeland standards.
- Work with outside integrators and machine builders to confirm new equipment meets design requirements and performs as expected.
- Interface with Copeland manufacturing facilities to gain an understanding of their needs and how best to meet them.
