About the Role Tsogo Sun is hiring for multiple roles across Food & Beverage, property management, and site operations. These positions support guest experiences and business operations at various sites, including the Nelson Mandela Capture Site. What You'll Do

• Controller: effectively manage the Food and Beverage finance and administration including procurement, stock control, ordering and budgets.
• Tenant Co-ordinator: coordinate and support property and tenanting management, compliance, tenant billing and general operational activities.
• Supervisor, Nelson Mandela Capture Site: supervise all functions of the Capture Site, including staff and operational activities.
• Supervisor in F&B: effectively manage the Food and Beverage outlets including preparation of operating equipment and service standards.
• Duty Manager – F&B: effectively manage the Food and Beverage finance and administration including budgets and financial analysis.
• Count Attendant: accurately, securely and efficiently clear and count money/chips from the tables and slot machines.
• Human Resources Administrator: ensure that all HR administration is processed accurately, on time and in terms of company policies and procedures. What We're Looking For
• Experience in hospitality or related fields and a track record of reliable operational or administrative support.
• Ability to manage finances, procurement, stock control, and budgeting for F&B operations.
• Strong supervisory and coordination skills across multiple roles and locations.
• Attention to detail and accuracy for cash handling and cash reconciliation.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service orientation.
• Willingness to work at sites such as the Nelson Mandela Capture Site and other Tsogo Sun locations.
