About the Role A Controller with multi-site responsibilities is needed to lead financial planning and analysis, cost accounting, and profit and loss (P&L) control for Wyman Gordon Mountaintop and Tru-Form Wilkes-Barre. The role sits as a key member of the plant management team, supporting profitable operations across facilities in Northeast Pennsylvania.
What You'll Do
- Lead financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for multiple sites (Mountaintop and Wilkes-Barre).
- Oversee cost accounting and management of P&L to ensure accurate financial results.
- Partner with plant management and operations to drive profitability and cost improvements.
- Ensure internal controls, compliance, and reliable financial records.
- Support strategic decision-making with financial insights for capital and operating initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Controller or senior finance leader with multi-site responsibilities, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong background in financial planning and analysis, cost accounting, and P&L management.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with plant management, operations, and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the gas turbine manufacturing sector or related heavy manufacturing preferred.
