About the Role Diehl seeks a dedicated Controller to support cost accounting and performance analysis, helping ensure value and safety. This role focuses on monthly cost center and cost object accounting, analysis of results and deviations, reporting, and driving cost efficiency across production and support areas.
What You'll Do
- Prepare the monthly cost center and cost object accounting.
- Analyze results, variances, and economic efficiency.
- Create reports, KPIs, and decision-support documents.
- Monitor investments, cost, and productivity projects.
- Manage cost and performance planning and inventory valuation.
- Further develop controlling processes and support business functions.
What We're Looking For
- Completed studies in economics or a related field.
- Several years of experience in Controlling, ideally in a production/manufacturing environment.
- Excellent knowledge of SAP and MS Excel.
- Analytical, structured, and independent work style.
- Strong communication skills and confident presence with departments and management.
