- Close books, manage controls, and prepare reports to support accurate and timely financials
- Maintain internal controls and GAAP compliance
- Coordinate with outsourced accounting and build in-house accounting team as we scale
- Manage government contracts and DCAA compliance as needed
- Support the security clearance process where applicable What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's in accounting/finance
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Government contract/DCAA knowledge
- GAAP and internal controls expertise
- Experience managing outsourced accounting and building in-house teams
- Eligible for security clearance Nice to Have
- QuickBooks Online Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $120,000-$200,000 per year
- Work arrangement: Hybrid
